It'll always be home.
What is it about El Paso. I had always wanted to leave the city where I grew up in. Once I left I wanted to come right back. Here's the thing, no city will ever compare to a city where you hold an emotional value to. 'No city will have the most inexpensive mouth watering tamales, or menudo, and no city will ever have memories of your childhood. El Paso means warm and fuzzy to me. It smells like chocolate abuelita on a winter evening. And it spells H-O-M-E. It'll always be home. First time I left it was in January of this year 2008. I was offered an internship in D.C. I was there for the presidential inauguration, one of the best experiences I've had, thus far. And this is where it all began....
